The sedative properties within Lemon Myrtle Oil also work together to calm and relax the mind in times of stress. Not to mention, the aroma of Lemon Myrtle is renowned in high-end perfumery.
Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil (15ml): The citrusy sweet aroma of Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil will have you thinking of nothing but the summer sunshine. Not to mention, Pink Grapefruit Oil is known to energise and revive the mind whilst alleviating symptoms of stress, nervous energy, and exhaustion.
Bergamot Essential Oil (15ml): With an aroma that is somewhat similar to that of oranges, lemons and florals combined, Bergamot Essential Oil is considered excellent for both mental and physical health; it is particularly known for its natural calming and uplifting properties.
Sweet Orange Essential Oil (15ml): Sweet Orange Essential Oil is known to have a deeply soothing effect on the mind, promoting calmness and tranquillity.

Whether combined to make your own personalized essential oil blend, or enjoyed individually, these essential oils make the perfect mix and are sure to energise, calm, and revitalise users.
Whilst there are many ways to use essential oils, here we have listed a few of our favourite:
Massage: Have a loved one treat you to a soothing and relaxing massage. Simply dilute 6-10 drops of your preferred Essential Oil into 100ml of your favourite Carrier Oil or Base Massage Oil and apply to affected areas.
Diffuser or Vaporiser: Stop & revive this Mother’s Day by adding 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to your aromatherapy Diffuser or Vaporiser. You can also combine a few oils together to create your own personal essential oil blend.
Room Spray: Combine 2 Tbsp of Vodka with 10-40 drops of Essential Oil into a spray bottle and shake well. Top up with 3/4 Cup Water and mist the air throughout your home.
Perfume: Create your own personal perfume blend by mixing 5-10 drops of Essential Oil to a 10ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Essential Oil Safety
- In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). For skin application we recommend a 2-4% dilution and for facial application we recommend a 1-2% dilution for adults.
