Shipping (within Australia)
AWO has accounts with several major freight companies. We will arrange freight depending on the size, weight and Dangerous Good (DG) classification of your order. We will ship goods using Australian Wholesale Oils nominated service provider. We do not use any customer provided courier services.
Freight will be calculated prior to your order being finalised, and is calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of your order.
You can calculate the estimated freight cost in your Shopping cart once items have been added if you wish to see the cost prior to proceeding through to the checkout.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of many of our products, we do not offer express shipping at this stage.
Please check your shipping address is correct. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: The below estimated shipping time-frames are based on 'normal' circumstances, however, due to COVID-19, border closures, and the inundation of online orders that people are placing due to isolation, Australia Post are sorting through a much higher number of parcels than normal, and as a result, shipments Australia-wide are heavily delayed, particularly for those in Melbourne.
Please do allow extra time for your parcels to arrive while Australia Post navigate through this.

State locations and delivery time-frames above are based on metro delivery areas. If you are located outside of your states metro delivery area, shipping times may be increased.

Click & Collect
PLEASE NOTE: With the constantly changing health and safety recommendations surrounding COVID-19, we have implemented temporary measures to ensure the health of our customers and team members.
'Click & Collect' orders are available again, however, this will be a contactless collection and we ask that you please abide by the following:
- Please ensure you have received your 'Awaiting Pickup' email confirmation prior to arriving - if your order is not yet ready for collection you will be turned away.
- Order Number MUST be provided to collect your order
- Please do not collect your order if you have any cold or flu symptoms, are feeling unwell, or have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed or pending case.
- Please do not ask to speak with an AWO representative, or enter our showroom, as our showroom remains closed during this unprecedented period. If you have any questions about your order or require technical advice, please contact us via phone or email.
- Please maintain social distancing of 1.5 metres from our team members at all times.

AWO also offers a FREE Click & Collect service from our Sydney office in Rydalmere. This option can be selected from the shipping method selection in the final stages of the checkout process.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you have received this email prior to coming to collect your order.
Upon collection you must present your order number, order confirmation email, or photo ID (matching the name the order was placed under).
If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, they must have the order number or copy of the order confirmation email.
Orders must be collected within 6 weeks of purchase. Orders that are not collected within this time frame will be automatically cancelled and will receive a store credit for the amount paid. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information.

Tracking your Order
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped to you, which will include your tracking number and the freight carrier we have selected to ship your order.
For orders containing 'Dangerous Goods', please anticipate additional freight time due to extra carrier procedures, and freight can travel by road transport only.
AWO offers international shipping on most of our products. Unfortunately there are a few items that are classified as Dangerous Goods for transportation purposes and we are unable to ship these items internationally. These items all contain a warning message and logo () on the product page under the product description - if you are placing an international order, please do not add these items to your cart.
Freight cost is calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. We will advise cost of shipping and an estimated delivery time to you once your order has been placed, or alternatively, you can email us with the items you wish to order and we can provide you with an estimated quote.
AWO will not be held responsible for any goods held up or incurring extra local clearance charges. Please check with your local customs agents or shipping agent prior to shipment of goods.
