- Diffusing:
The most common way to enjoy Essential Oils, add 2-10 drops of oil to your Aromatherapy Diffuser. You can also use a Car Diffuser or Diffuser Necklace. - Topical Application:
You can also experience the benefits of Essential Oils by diluting a few drops into a carrier oil of choice (we recommend Fractionated Coconut Oil), adding this dilution to a glass roller bottle, and applying to your pulse points (temples, wrists, behind the ears and on the soles of the feet).

Using a woode or ceramic Christmas decoration, add a couple drops of Essential Oil to the back or bottom. Hang on your Christmas tree or around your home. Add a couple more drops of your oil every few days as needed. - Potpourri:
Fill a large bowl of vase with unscented potpourri or pinecones, and add a few drops of Essential Oil onto them. Add some additional drops every fre days as desired. - Shower:
In the corner of your shower once the water is warm, drop in 2-4 drops of oil and enjoy the - Bath:
Add 3-6 drops of oil into your warm bath.

- Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation or reactions if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). Our recommended dilution percentages can be found under the ‘How To Use’ section.
