What is AWO Rewards?
AWO Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points on eligible purchases and activities. Points can then be redeemed for discounts on future orders, making it even more rewarding to shop with Australian Wholesale Oils.
Is there a cost to join?
No, joining AWO Rewards is completely free. Simply create an account and start earning points through eligible purchases and activities.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you need to create a store account to earn and redeem points. You can easily do this by clicking the 'Join Now' button.
How do I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance at any time by opening the Smile panel on our store or by logging into your customer account page.
Who can earn points?
AWO Rewards is available to everyday retail customers. Trade accounts, resellers, students, drop shipping accounts, and other wholesale purchasing arrangements are not eligible to earn or redeem reward points.
If an everyday retail customer changes their account to a trade, reseller, student, drop shipping or other wholesale account, they will no longer be eligible to participate in AWO Rewards. Any unused reward points must be redeemed before the account is changed. Unused points will be forfeited once the account is converted.
I've changed my email address; can I transfer point?
In some circumstances, we can! Reach out to our customer service team at sales@awo.com.au and they will be happy to assist.
I can't register/access my account. What should I do?

What happens to my details when I register an account?
All personal information will be kept secure and will not be shared with any third-party data collection agencies, marketing programs, or advertising services.
We only use your details to link your Australian Wholesale Oils account, transactions, and AWO Rewards membership. If you choose to opt in, we may also contact you via your registered email address to keep you informed of the latest AWO news, offers, and events.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points through a variety of actions, including making purchases, creating an account, following us on social media, and celebrating your birthday.
Do I earn points on shipping and taxes?
Points are earned on the subtotal of your order, excluding shipping costs and any discounts applied.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Points are typically awarded immediately after you complete an eligible action such as creating an account, or following us on social media.
For purchases, points will become available 14 days after your order has been completed.
How do birthday points work?
As a special thank you, AWO gifts bonus points to customers on their birthday.
To receive birthday points in the current year, your birthday must be added to your account at least 30 days before your birthday. If you register your birthday within 30 days of the date, you will become eligible to receive birthday points from the following year.
Birthday points can only be awarded once every 365 days. If you change your birthday after receiving points, you will not receive additional birthday points until the next eligible 365-day period.
How do review points work?
You can earn 50 points for submitting a product review. Review points can be earned once every 30 days.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, log in to your account, open the Smile panel, and click 'Ways to Redeem'. Select the reward you would like to use and click 'Redeem' to generate a discount code. Copy this code and apply to your cart at checkout.
Reward codes can only be used on orders with a minimum spend of $80.
Can I use my reward code with other discounts?
In most cases, reward discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes, sale offers, or gift cards within the same checkout.
Can I redeem my points in-store?
Points can only be redeemed on online orders. However, points can still be earned on Click & Collect orders.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire after 24 months (2 years). You will receive a notification 30 days before your points are due to expire.
For existing AWO customers, the expiry period is calculated from the date points are accrued.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return a product and receive a refund, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
What happens to my points if I use a reward and then cancel the order?
If you cancel an order after redeeming points for a reward, please contact our customer service team at sales@awo.com.au and we can return the points to your account.
What happens to my points if I use store credit?
Points are not earned when store credit is issued. However, once you use your store credit to make a new purchase, you will earn points on the eligible order value in accordance with the AWO Rewards program.
