AMLA OIL
Celebrated for centuries in Ayurvedic traditions, Amla Oil is a nutrient-rich carrier oil prized for its ability to nourish both the hair and skin naturally.
Cold-pressed from the seeds of the Indian Gooseberry (Amla) fruit, this lightweight oil retains its naturally occurring antioxidants, Vitamin E, and essential fatty acids, including linoleic and oleic acids. Traditionally used to support healthy hair and scalp, Amla Oil helps to moisturise the scalp, nourish hair follicles, reduce dryness, and leave hair feeling softer, smoother, and more manageable. Its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and deeply hydrating properties also make it popular for skincare, helping to support the skin's natural moisture barrier, improve hydration, soothe irritation, and minimise the visible signs of premature ageing.
Our Amla Oil is naturally unrefined, easily absorbed, and non-greasy, making it suitable for use in hair oils, scalp treatments, serums, moisturisers, body oils, lotions, and other DIY cosmetic formulations. Use it on its own or blend it into your favourite skincare and hair care creations to enjoy its nourishing and restorative benefits.
- Naturally rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids, Amla Oil helps protect the skin from environmental stress while supporting a healthy, radiant complexion.
- With its nourishing blend of linoleic and oleic acids, Amla Oil helps strengthen the skin's natural moisture barrier, leaving skin feeling soft, smooth, and deeply hydrated.
- Amla Oil's anti-inflammatory properties help calm dry, irritated, or sensitive skin, reducing the appearance of redness and promoting greater comfort.
- Lightweight and easily absorbed, Amla Oil delivers lasting moisture without leaving a greasy residue, making it suitable for a wide range of skin types.
- Traditionally used in Ayurvedic hair care, Amla Oil helps nourish the scalp and hair follicles, supporting stronger, healthier-looking hair from the roots.
- Regular use of Amla Oil helps condition dry or brittle hair, improving softness, shine, and manageability while reducing the appearance of frizz.
- Its moisturising properties help soothe dry scalps and minimise flaking, creating a healthier environment for vibrant, well-conditioned hair.
