• Face Exfoliant: To brighten dull skin naturally, mix 1 tsp of finely ground Walnut Shell with 1 tbsp of natural yoghurt or honey. Apply to clean, damp skin and gently massage in small, circular motions for about 30 seconds avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water before applying your usual moisturiser or serum.
• Body Scrub: Reveal smoother, radiant skin with this easy DIY body polish. Combine ¼ cup of Walnut Shell Ground with ¼ cup of Organic Olive Oil and a few drops of Essential Oil (like Lavender or Peppermint). Gently massage onto your skin while you shower, focusing on rough areas like elbows, knees, and feet.
• Scalp Treatment: To refresh your scalp and remove buildup, mix 1 tbsp of finely ground Walnut Shell with 2 tbsp of your favourite Carrier Oil (like Jojoba or Fractionated Coconut Oil).
