When it comes to shipping, we have you covered!
Here at AWO we have accounts with several major freight companies and will arrange freight depending on the size, weight and ‘Dangerous Goods (DG)’ classification of your order.
Good News - Free shipping for All Orders Over *$200!
We are excited to offer free shipping on all orders over $200, for all orders shipped within Australia! If your order value is less than, freight will be calculated based on the weight and volume of your order prior to your cart being finalised. This means that you can calculate the estimated freight cost in your shopping cart once all desired items have been added, if you wish to see the cost before proceeding through to the checkout.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of many of our products, we do not offer express shipping at this stage.

Please check that your shipping address is correct as all returned orders (due to incorrect addresses provided) will incur a re-delivery charge. For more information regarding returns simply head over to our returns page here.
Estimated Shipping Timeframe:
We all love speedy shipping and delivery time frames, and whilst we do strive to provide exceptional service, unfortunately some circumstances are simply out of our control. To reduce the possibility of delivery delays we do aim to dispatch on all orders within 1-4 business days (thanks to our fantastic warehouse team!).
When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?
Below we have estimated shipping time-frames, however, please note that the below estimates are based on ‘normal’ circumstances, external factors such as boarder closures, road closures due to extreme weather conditions, and the inundation of online orders being placed may impact estimated timeframes.

Please also note that state locations and delivery timeframes listed above are based on metro delivery areas. If you are located outside of your state’s metro delivery area, shipping times may be increased.
Shipping times may also take a little longer during peak periods (i.e. Christmas, public holidays etc.) however, we will do our best to make sure that all information is communicated appropriately. It may be a good idea to join our email list as this is where we keep our customers up-to-date with the latest!
CLICK & COLLECT
Are you located nearby? We offer FREE Click & Collect from our Sydney office in Rydalmere. This option can be selected from the ‘shipping method’ selection in the final stages of the checkout process.
For Those Who Are ‘Click & Collecting’ Please Note the Following…
- Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an ‘Awaiting Pickup’ email, within 24-48 business houre. Please ensure that you have received this email before coming to collect your order – Our warehouse is located off-site therefore, if your order is not yet ready for collection there is nothing we can do, you will be told to return when you do receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
- Upon collection you will be kindly asked to present your order number, order confirmation email, or photo ID (matching the name that the order was placed under) – Bonus points for those who are organised and have their details at the ready!
- What if someone else is collecting my order for me? Not to worry! We just ask that they have the order number or a copy of the order confirmation email.
- While we are happy to hold your orders for a few days, we have limited storage space, therefore orders must be collected within 6 weeks of purchase. Orders that are not collected within this time frame will automatically be cancelled and a store credit will be issued for the amount paid.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Because who doesn’t love tracking a parcel!
Keep an eye out on that email because you will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped to you. This will include your tracking number and the freight carrier we have selected to ship your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
AWO does offer international shipping on most of out products (yay!). However, unfortunately there are a few items that are classified as ‘Dangerous Goods’ and can therefore only be transported via road. These items all contain a notification logo () on the product page underneath the product description.
Freight cost is calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. We will advise cost of shipping and an estimated delivery time once your order has been placed, or alternatively you can email us with the items you wish to order and we can provide you with an estimated quote.
Other important details regarding international shipping...
- AWO will not be held responsible for any goods held up or incurring extra local clearance charges. Please check with your local customs agents or shipping agent prior to shipment of goods.
- Please check your shipping address is correct. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order.
