From home-based consumers buying a single oil bottle to business customers dealing in bulk quantities, we're dedicated to ensuring your order arrives promptly, safely, and in great condition - because receiving your natural wellness products should be as seamless and satisfying as using them.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days. Delivery time varies depending on your location, generally arriving between 1–10 business days within Australia.

*Orders including items classed as Dangerous Goods may incur a longer delivery time due to their being shipped by Road Transport and having additional freight procedures. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Unless specified, the above timeframes are based on metro areas in each state or territory. These times may increase when orders are shipped to addresses beyond metro areas, due to unprecedented weather events, public holidays or during promotions and sales periods. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer express shipping through our website due to the nature of many of our products and their dangerous goods classification. An email can be sent to our customer service team at sales@awo.com.au to confirm if this service is available for your order.

International Customers

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided after you place an order and will be charged. If you would prefer this information prior to placing an order, email our team with details of the product/s, quantity, pack size, along with the delivery address and they will provide an estimate quote. 

Most of our products are available to overseas customers, unless they are classed as Dangerous Goods (DG) - in this case, we cannot ship them internationally. These products are clearly marked with the DG symbol -dg-logo.jpg, Pictureand we recommend overseas customers do not add them to cart.

It will be the responsibility of the customer to cover any taxes, duties, or clearance charges incurred in the country of origin. Customs policies do vary from country to country. It is also the customer’s responsibility to check with their respective country if there are any prohibited items that are unable to be shipped. We strongly suggest you contact your local customs agent for further advice.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $200 are shipped free of charge within Australia only. 

All orders under this amount are calculated based on the size, weight and delivery location, with the charges added to your order at the checkout. 

To estimate your shipping costs before checking out, select the shipping calculator function available in the shopping cart.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number to help you follow your delivery along its journey. Please add the email sales@awo.com.au to your safe sender list to avoid missing any order notifications. Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery timeframes are in the hands of the couriers and Australia Post and are unfortunately outside of our control. 

All orders will require a signature on delivery unless the Authority to Leave (ATL) has been granted at the time of ordering. This can be done by adding a note to the order under the ‘Comments’ section during the checkout process. All orders unable to be left will be returned to the local post office for collection, where they are typically held for 7-10 business days. Australia Post deliveries will receive advice through the Free Australia Post App when a parcel is ready for delivery / collection. 

If you have not received your order beyond the estimated shipping times, please contact our customer service team at sales@awo.com.au. We will lodge an enquiry with our shipping carrier to locate your parcel. It may take up to one week to receive a response. If your order has been deemed lost in transit or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.  

Click and Collect

AWO offers a FREE Click & Collect service from our Sydney office in Rydalmere to help close-by customers save on shipping costs.  

To do so, select the ‘Click and Collect’ option as you check out.  

When Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an ‘Awaiting Pickup’ email notification (typically within 24–48 business hours). Same-day collection for Click & Collect orders is NOT guaranteed. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your order to be certain it is ready for you.  as collections cannot be made prior and you may be turned away.

Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (excluding public holidays). 

Orders must be collected within 4 weeks of purchase. Orders that are not collected within this time frame will be automatically cancelled and will receive a store credit for the amount paid. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information.

Packaging

Our retail-sized Essential Oils arrive in amber glass bottles which are recommended for long-term storage and oil preservation. The bottles are packed in sturdy cardboard outer tubes to protect them during transit. 

To keep shipping efficient and secure, our Carrier Oils are packaged in high-quality amber PET plastic that’s BPA-free and fully recyclable. 

For ingredients and bulk-sized items, the packaging varies depending on the product type and size, using materials such as glass, aluminium, plastic, or cardboard. See each individual product page images for more information about how it’s packed.
