Product Information
BAOBAB OIL
Rich in nutrients and time-honoured in its use, Baobab Oil is a deeply nourishing carrier oil with a long history of skin and hair care benefits.
Sourced from Africa’s iconic “Tree of Life” and extracted through cold pressing the seeds of the Baobab tree, this natural oil retains its potent qualities. Packed with beneficial fatty acids (including omegas 3 and 6), along with vitamins A and E and a wealth of antioxidants, Baobab Oil helps to hydrate, protect, and rejuvenate both skin and hair. Its versatility means you can use it to support skin firmness, ease irritation, improve skin tone, and soften the visible effects of ageing. It’s also an excellent choice for calming post-shave skin or nourishing dry hair thanks to its anti-inflammatory and moisturising effects.
Our Baobab Oil is naturally unrefined, light in texture, quickly absorbed, and non-greasy, making it suitable for all skin types - even sensitive or breakout-prone skin. Use it on its own or blended with your skincare creations to enjoy its restorative and hydrating power.
- Naturally rich in Omega 3, Baobab Oil helps soothe irritation, ease redness, and support the skin’s natural healing process.
- With a powerful antioxidant profile, Baobab Oil combats free radical damage and helps reduce the visible signs of ageing like fine lines and wrinkles.
- Thanks to its high levels of vitamins A and E, Baobab Oil can assist with collagen support, boosting skin firmness and elasticity.
- Baobab Oil’s natural anti-inflammatory properties make it ideal for calming sensitive or reactive skin, promoting a more even and comfortable complexion.
- Its lightweight, non-greasy texture hydrates the skin without blocking pores, making it a great option for oily or blemish-prone skin types.
- This deeply moisturising oil reinforces the skin barrier and helps lock in moisture, leaving skin feeling soft, supple, and well-nourished.
- When used on hair, Baobab Oil helps smooth and condition strands, reducing frizz and adding a healthy, natural shine.
- Its reparative properties also support dry or damaged hair, promoting a healthier scalp for stronger, more resilient hair and reducing dandruff.
